#Kindness Goals for Elul
(Gulp.) Rosh Chodesh Elul is this Shabbat and Sunday, which can only mean that Rosh Hashana is just about one month away!
And one of the most important parts of getting ready for Rosh Hashana is looking at our own personal "bein adam l'chavero" mitzvot - the way we treat other people. In this download, you'll find two lists - one for kids and one for adults: Kindness Bingo for the kiddos and Kindness Goals for grown-up kiddos.
Each page has 28 unique ideas to help foster kindness throughout the month.
They are easy to accomplish, can be done in any order, and all of them will make you feel good as you work on your relationships with those around you.
If you start today, you'll have 28 full days or four whole weeks of kind deeds in your pocket by the time Rosh Hashana arrives!
(And yes, you're right, depending on when you start, there may be more or less than 28 days until Rosh Hashana. If there are more than 28 days, don't worry, because some days it's really hard to be extra kind and that's okay. Do the best you can, and if you wind up with more days than kind deeds, get creative and come up with an idea of your own! And if there are less than 28 days, that's okay too - pick and choose ideas or double up some days. It's all good, just keep being the kind you that you are.)
